Top Realtor Match is a free real estate agent matching service. We connect homebuyers and sellers across Canada with licensed local real estate agents. There is no cost to you as a buyer or seller — our service is funded by agents who pay a referral fee only after a successful transaction.
2. Your Agreement
By submitting your information, you agree to be contacted by licensed real estate agents in your area. This is a free matching service with no obligation to work with any agent we recommend. You may decline any introduction at any time without penalty.
3. Agent Contact
By using the Service, you consent to be contacted by matched agents via phone, email, or text message regarding your real estate needs. You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text or unsubscribing from emails.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to match you with top-performing local agents, Top Realtor Match does not guarantee the performance, availability, conduct, or licensing status of any agent introduced through our platform. We verify agents at the time of joining our network, but you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with an agent.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third-party marketers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on toprealtormatch.com — including text, images, logos, and data — is the property of Top Realtor Match and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Top Realtor Match is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice. We are a referral and matching service only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or outcome arising from your interactions with matched agents or any real estate transactions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
